I don't buy pinkies. But I have bought small rats that are 30/50 grams under what i want (about 100g or a little bigger at this point) just because its all I could find in my area and I keep a couple in a 10g tank or critter keeper and feed them till they are where I need them. Then on feeding day pull the one that's the right size, dispatch it, and feed it to my girl.Originally Posted by Crazymonkee
Where I live I can't be to picky sometimes, not many rat breeders here and usually they want to hold on to them till their full grown to maximize their profits.
