    Tali's new enclosure!

I got Tali set up in her new visionarium on Friday. So far its been great with the heat and humidity, as far as I can tell. I need to get a better thermometer/hydrometer. Where are the accurites everyone uses? What I found on Amazon doesn't look like what people use. D:
But yeah. I like it for her I think she's adjusted pretty well. I've come home and she's sitting at the glass checking out the room, or in the hot hide, or just taking a stroll.

I definitely love the enclosure. In that one picture she looks like she's watching you, lol.

Can I ask you something? How do you heat the top tank? Does it hold heat good?

    Re: Tali's new enclosure!

As long as the ambient is warm enough, they technically could use it without a heat pad. So if that's the case, it could be heated properly.
Not to mention if a different species such as a colubrid uses it, they can thrive in lower temps like room temp compared to BPs.

Looks nice OP. You can find Acurites at Walmart for $12.

Haha, she seems to like parking herself there. The tanks are on the same desk my tv is so I do spend a fair bit of time in that area of my room, so she might be figuring out what all the the activity is about. She ate just fine last night so I don't *think* it's stressing her out.

I'm not currently using the top tank, but both the top and bottom are recessed.

So there should be enough breathing room I could use a heat pad on the bottom (esp with a t-stat)- after all, that's what their designed for.

I looked around, but didn't find them. Could have missed it though.

I'm keeping my room around 75-80 with Tali's hot spot at 90-91. I don't know what's going up top- I was leaning towards a Hognose or Rosy. I want something that will be happy in a 20L it's entire life, and then when Tali get's too big for her tank, I'll get the other one I think that ambient is ok for both of them, but I need to check the care sheets again before I make a final choice. I have a while though- I was planning on going up to the Puyallup expo and I'm most likely gong to get one there
