Re: New Morph (Yes, it is proven) - Unnamed at this time!
Looks like a Yellowbelly sibling I hatched last year.

I hope the crosses look better. Unless I'm missing something, the base "morph" just looks like an aberrant normal...

The parents were both animals that were suspected to carry a different gene, but were just "normal" with no other known genes. The mother has had two different clutches with these kind of babies hatching out To date the only combo is with a Spider. This pattern is definitely 100% genetic.

Is it a genetic normal cloning itself OR does it actually change pattern/color of other morphs?
How many seasons did you breed it before claiming a "new" morph?

Re: New Morph (Yes, it is proven) - Unnamed at this time!
I see a very pretty reduced pattern animal. I would try to refine it to enhance the back of it to get blackbacks with that reduction in pattern. Just my thoughts but it looks to have potential but does not look like anything more than a really reduced pattern animal and without seeing the parents to the clutch and sibs and all that fun stuff as of right now IMO it is a normal.

The adult female has been bred twice that I know of. I'm not going to get incredibly deep into detail about it all because although I have a few animals in this new project, it is not *my* project and out of respect I am only going to post pictures and discuss the animals that I personally have. I do know that the original female has been bred at least twice. Both seasons (I know because I bought the offspring from both seasons) she produced these kind of babies. And no, they're not normal, but if you think they are that is okay. Here is the spider combo.
