    The tail wag has usually been a sign for me for years a dead giveaway about a BP willing to bite. It's not fool proof but if the snakes hissing and not wagging the tail I know it most likely won't bite. When they wag their tail they're willing to bite. This really only goes for defensive bites and not with your hand going in the tub during feeding day lol.
