    If this rack is going to come with heat then you should be able to use your VE-100 just fine. As long as the heating element is one solid piece or several that are wired together. You'll plug your heat into the t-stat and place the probe on the heating element of one of the shelves near the middle of the rack. I recommend building the rack yourself. Also back heat(I've heard) isn't really effective in a cool room. Its best used in a 78+ degree reptile room because of its inability to heat the air well on the cool side of the tub. Belly heat is the way to go. Hope this helps you.
