There's no reptile that I've seen that seems to really automatically, immediately, every-single-time love getting sprayed with a spray bottle. Some figure it out after a few squirts that it's water coming at them, and they start to drink, but most will at least twitch if not bolt and try to get away from being sprayed.
Chameleons are a good example. They NEED to be misted; they don't drink from standing water. Every single time water hits the cage, they are completely surprised and hate it up until the moment they realize it's water they're being sprayed with, and proceed to start drinking. Many species of chameleons have casques designed to direct water down into their mouths (Veiled Chameleons being one), so misting them and getting their body wet is a good thing - however, that does not mean they are going to enjoy any part of it.
