I have a canker sore in my mouth and it's hurting quite bad, just the location it's in. This always happens if I eat a lot of subway with the chipolte sauce and sweet onion sauce. I've really got to back off that.

I believe amputating the cranium at the juncture of the C1 and C3 vertebrae may solve the problem...
