I have like 4 different acurite's that I use being I've always found them to be the most accurate. I left the thing in one of the snakes tub that I put a bit more holes into and I've managed to get them down to 67%. I hate living in Louisiana.

I don't think you'll get them any lower. Per google, the average morning humidity in Baton Rouge is 88% and only drops to 56% on the afternoon. New Orleans is 88/61.
