Large pythons
If you're open to Boa suggestions, a female Dumerils will approach the size you're looking at. For something from the same area and a bit bigger, Madagascan Ground Boas are very similar and generally larger as well. Neither are on the restricted list for your area.

Re: Large pythons
I was looking at both of those. Just can't find anything that's gets closer to a burm or retics. 15-20 feet

Large pythons
Hmm. If you can't do anacondas or scrubs/olives, I can't think of anything else in that range other than the African Rocks which I believe fall on the restriction list.

Large pythons
I think an olive python is the biggest I can get. 10-14 feet. Anyone know where I can find a good care sheet?

What experience do you have with large snakes? What will you be housing this large snake in? Why not get a species because you love that particular species, not because it gets big and you think that's cool?
