Looks like a nice spider. Looks skinny, though. Definitely would expect a 2 year old snake that has been eating appropriate size meals regularly to be bigger, and it does look skinny. There's absolutely no way of knowing if it's het axanthic or not. $60 isn't a bad price... But I would be wary that the snake may not be in great shape. Craigslist can be super hit or miss when it comes to health of reptiles.
