Crossfit is where its at! I miss it, just cant afford the gym by me plus im currently injured so my tri training is out great job though, thats an awesome transition! Just goes to show what anyone can accomplish with a little motivation and dedication, I hate hearing the Im too old, or I dont have time..... shallow excuses, keep it up!

Luckily I coach at a non-profit military box on Fort Jackson so I don't have to pay for it. I know I wouldn't be able to afford any gym so I am very fortunate. I love coaching and seeing the results my folks are getting so far.

I was kinda hoping that others would post their pictures of how they are doing since I saw so many DBs started on the subject. Oh well, maybe later...

I never kept a photo journal. Although if I'm not lazy later, I'll look for some older pics of me and throw some newer ones up for reference.
