    It is certain your snake hears the sound. Likely both from the surface and a through the air, the question is how much effect does this have? Is your snake eating well? That is the hard one to answer. I agree it sounds like a disruption and I'd take action. Your home no matter what it is, is yours. You should have to listen to music of others there is no need for it to be that loud.
