I love, love, love, deer! My dad used to be a big hunter when I was younger, living in West Virginia really helped out with white-tail deer running around and even more so since I live basically in the middle of nowhere and I'm surrounded by woods. Deer are always in the yard at this barn down the road along with turkeys. Yum.

So far everything listed sounds better than a hot dog, even Duck Blood sour soup (a group of words I never thought I'd see).

I like gator and rattlesnake so I imagine a big old Burmese or Retic steak would be awesome. I just don't see the smaller snakes as practical food animals.

I'm not a big fan of ingesting glands though, other than liver.

    Python sausage and bull testicle?

I've had gator a bunch of times (I live in FL), and rattlesnake once. Both seem to be good if cooked right. I also like deer, elk, rabbit, and buffalo. For a while we had pet geese, and I ate their eggs all the time. I liked them better than chicken eggs.

Me too. The texture is too much for me.
But my mom loves all sorts of brains. She always claims the head of the animal.
