Thank you both! I currently have him in a rubbermaid that I used for my BP when I first got him. He's on papertowel as well.

As far as heat, it's a ridiculously hot summer here right now and temperature has been fine for him, and I do have heating pads.
I guess I just wanted to get him in a nice permanent set up instead of a rubbermaid. But maybe this is the best option for him right now.
