Who Likes Sushi?

I have to add my and say that you all suck right now. This thread is making me so incredibly hungry and it's not even remotely fair that I didn't find it until after midnight when there's not a single place open that can satisfy this craving. I could eat sushi every single day and die a very happy man.

My top two sushi experiences caught on camera:

1) Our (my wife and I) favorite hole-in-the-wall sushi place back in Maricopa, AZ had the best sushi chef - before it changed ownership and pissed us off by turning into a buffet. He would go out of his way to impress us with something fun every time we went there. This is one of his caterpillar rolls:


2) The other is from our anniversary a couple of years ago (different place - this one's in Richmond, TX). I just remember the look on the waitress's face when we ordered. This is the main course that arrived after our miso soup and house salad - IT WAS AWESOME AND WE FINISHED EVERY LAST BITE!
