I would up your humidity lvl. Its too low that's why the eggs are dimpling. Since the eggs are on the diffuser you can put as much water as you want in the substrate. Also, did you seal the tub with the press and seal stuff?
And the spots are just calcium spot. No biggie Some clutches have them some don't.

Ya I got the press and seal. And no matter the amount of water I put in, the hygrometer wont raise over 88% humidity. I have gotten it to even be soupy

Just use the press 'n seal and you should be fine. Make sure you aren't checking the eggs every 20 minutes like we are all guilty of wanting to do!

So I have put a ton of water in constantly and those creases are increasing in depth. I have the press and seal and the temperature is still constant but my humidity wont increase at all

maybe the guage you're using isn't reading properly. if you can see water rolling a round when moving the tub. that's plenty. just make sure the press n seal is sealing good to the tub. if not you can rough the area of the tub up some where the press n seal contacts the tub. you can also put the lid over the press n seal. then leave them for 5 to 7 days before checking again.

You worry to much! Eggs look fine. Do you really think the humidity is that high in the wild? I don't use "press and seal",my tubs are no where near air tight. No issues here!

I've got to ask, because I've heard of this before. Are there any holes in the tub? What temp are you incubating at? And finally, was the tub in the incubator to warm up before the clutch of eggs was put in it, if so, how long was it in there to warm up?

There are no holes in the egg tub and the temps are at 88-89 constantly. The egg tub was in there days before the eggs so it was warmed up. I feel like im worrying too much but i dont want the worst.

The press n seal can wear down and lose it's grip, especially if it is being blown on by a fan. I'd just put the top on the container after making sure there is plenty of water in the bottom. Just make sure that the water is not touching the eggs and the eggs are not touching the sides. Good luck!
