Wanting another Boa
So, I am wanting to start looking around at some boas, but I am looking for smaller boas. I like red tails, but, they get too big for my taste, and I already have a hog island, so I am wanting to see about getting something else that maybe gets the same size as my hog island or even a little smaller maybe. But I am only looking for something in the BCO or BCC family. Any advice is appreciated!!!

If you don't want big, you'll want to stay away from BCO. Male Argentines normally grow to around 8' and females will top 10'. My female isn't quite 3 years old, and already 5'6"! Look at Dumeril's Boas, as males usually end up at around 5-6' and females 6-7', although there are exceptions. Their temperments are hard to beat as well.
1.1 Dumeril's Boas (Andry and Anja)
0.1 Argentine Boa (Evita)
1.0 Normal Ball Python (Rocky)
1.2 Leopard Geckos (Unnamed)
0.1 Australian Cattle Dog (Lola)
0.1 Tabby Cat (Bianca)

Sorry, but BCOs are a no go for you in that size range. Honestly I can't think of any BCCs off the top of my head that will stay in that range either so I would look into Mexican boas (like Tarahumaras) and Central Americans (both BCIs).

Totally agree with both posts above. No BCC I know of, and no BCO, is going to stay on any kind of a small side. Both regularly top out around 10 ft for females and will push 8-9 ft as males - much larger than BCIs. These are the 2 largest subspecies of boa in fact, not the smallest.
The Mexican boas (BCI), like Tarahumara mountain and Sonoran desert boas, both stay around 4-5 ft as adults.

Re: Wanting another Boa
You are best off looking into island locality boas
http://www.riobravoreptiles.com/boas_island.htm.
The BCC's and BCO's you've mentioned are actually 2 of the largest growing boas there are. So as already stated skip that.
You could look at the Long Tailed boas. They can still reach a decent length but are normally not as thick. They make great pets and adapt easily to captivity from the info I've seen. Length without girth is manageable I would think.
BCA's are also not a good choice. While usually shorter, they are known to get quite thick.
Crawl Cay boas are nice and small as are some of the Mexican boas.
If you want to skip the "Constrictor" and look at Emerald Tree Boas you would have a very different pet. Although care will be more specific.
Just my 2 bits, but I'd stay away from BCC/BCO.

I already have some big boas lol, I also have a smaller one, and I like the idea of it imo. I didn't know BCC and BCO were bigger my bad!! I do think that a big girl like a Columbian red tail would be cool, but I am looking for a smaller one I can keep in a adult tub on a rack for life!!!

Doable.
Go to Rio Bravo Reptiles and read his page. It will give you insight to all the boas and you may see he has some ready to go.
