    So is it ok to leave them in the incubator on damp paper towel with a waterbowl until they shed?

    yes. I'd also add a small water bowl with clean fresh water.

    what don dies i'm gonna do as well that was what I was trying to say I wanted to do but how many holes in the tub do you put in them for the babies in the egg so they can breath and get air?

    Hatchling tub setup

    I don't put any holes in my egg tubs. The top does not make an air tight seal.
