I would feed her an adult mouse.

I have never given 2x before i was always told if your giving 2 it is time to move up. actually got that advice from this site back in day. not to sound dumb but what advantages do i have with 2x small VS 1x normal and downsides aswell

She can easily handle adult mice. I feed my adult corns jumbo mice and my girls, when breeding, get 2-3 and when putting weight back on. Honestly, I'd offer her 2 regular adult mice to start and see if she'll even eat more than one. Some will, some won't.

Trust me, she'll be fine. My 2 y/o's are eating jumbo mice. They don't have issues with larger prey the way other species sometimes do.

    LOL
Welcome to the world of corn snakes. They don't hesitate and wonder if it's warm enough, smells right, moving right, etc. They go "I'm hungry and that looks edible!"
