Congrats, most colleges do not have rules against students bringing in animals unless they are recognized by the state as being "dangerous" by defintion. It's a wise idea, though, getting the students to vote before hand on their thoughts of having a constrictor in the classroom. Enjoy, and triple check all of your sources.
