Again, from an availability standpoint this is very reasonable. If buying ASFs frozen over the internet was a viable option would you be more willing to purchase a snake that had a history of eating ASF?
I am not 100% against it, actually until recently this was not an issue as all my previous purchases where mouse or rat eaters, my new pair of vpi axanthics have had a few different offerings, hopper mice, rat pups, asf's. one is no issue, while the other is still holding out on me, i know in time he will eat so i am not concerned really, but i can not say 100% the ASF feeding is the reason the male is choosing not to eat. but at the same time i can't say it isn't.

This is very interesting. What have you offered so far? I'd like to see how that plays out.

I am so envious of that price. $25 is crazy here!

You can order them online, and their shipping isn't too bad (compared to some of the other online sources anyways)

Edit: I have a small colony right now (1.4) I plan on selling them for $1 per. Maybe $2, but I think $1 would be a good starting price.

right now just proper sized F/T rat pups, the female is gonna be a beast, but the male has shown zero interest in the last 4 attempts, going to try a hopper mouse next feeding to see if it is him just not liking the rat pup option, (even though his feeding record showed he had eaten 2 rat pups, a few mice/hoppers, and 3 asf's).

ETA: I would be happy to share this aspect along the way if you wish.
