Again, from an availability standpoint this is very reasonable. If buying ASFs frozen over the internet was a viable option would you be more willing to purchase a snake that had a history of eating ASF?
I am not 100% against it, actually until recently this was not an issue as all my previous purchases where mouse or rat eaters, my new pair of vpi axanthics have had a few different offerings, hopper mice, rat pups, asf's. one is no issue, while the other is still holding out on me, i know in time he will eat so i am not concerned really, but i can not say 100% the ASF feeding is the reason the male is choosing not to eat. but at the same time i can't say it isn't.
