If I had to pick just ONE it'd be The 'Burbs. I've seen the movie at least 15 times. I love it.
Some close runners up are:
Halloween- love the music and horror films in general.
Fletch- one of my dads favourite movies too.
The Hitcher- not a great movie but i watched it when i first got my license and it still scares me a little lol
The Lord of the Rings series- Peter Jackson is a god.
Catch me if you Can- not sure why, just love the movie.
In general I like thriller/horror, "based on a true story", and action movies. Ive never seen Blow, it sounds good though.
