I've seen that ad. It's a normal. I keep telling local people who ask that it's a normal, and they keep not believing me and going to see it in person, then exclaiming "It was a normal!"

Yeah i thought it seemed fishy. I wanted to see what people on here thought before I went all the way out there to check it out. Looks like it was a good choice
