Should I try to feed again?

So my male lesser has always been a garbage disposal and never even hesitated to take anything offered. I gave him his first rat last week (while deep in shed) and he took it no problem. I tried again last and he refused... Like flat out. No strikes, no hunting mode, nothing.... Even crawled over and around it. I was able to pick him up and put him back in his cage no problems. He is usually in super hunter mode at this point. (Starts when he enters his feed box)

So tonight I come home from work and he is watching me from in his hide, head poked out... This is the first time he has done this. It instantly made me think he is watching me to see if I get him out to eat. Is this what's going on.... I feel a "I'm hungry daddy" vibe coming from him.

Wait until next scheduled feeding day. He will be even more hungry. No worries.
