2 rats a week IS a lot. Feeding BPs too much can cause them to be pickier later in life. Also, at 1 yr of age, she may be feeling some hormonal changes and the time of year would be right for that. I would persist with f/t because offering her live may get her set on eating only live. Try to be patient until late April at least - give her a chance to get through the breeding season. If she does pick up eating again, I would stick to 1 appropriately sized rat every 2-3 weeks.

If it makes you feel any better, my 4yr old female has been off feed since October and has eaten only 4 times between then and now. And each of those feedings was a single large f/t mouse. Well under what she should have, but she still hasn't dropped any weight. They really can go a long time on very little.
