we cut out almost all soda, fast food and such items eating more fish and chicken and turkey ( I luv turkey). I lost some weight since we lived together but I also lost a lot of muscle mass we seen over the last year. mainly cause I not as active here as I would be when I lived at my mothers. Well that can be easy to take care of with regular exercise !

While diet is the most important part of being healthy and fit, you can't skip out on the exercise. With the changed/healthier diet, you'll lose weight, but you'll never tone up unless you exercise!
