Ok as for a harem I love the idea however most of the things that i've been reading on breeding rtbs is that they are not like ball pythons, in the aspect of 1 male being good for 3-5 females. They say that boas tend to have larger healthier litters in a 1.1 breeding program. I prefer the idea of harem style breeding but if 1.1 works out better then i'm ok with that. So after all my ramblings... . anyone got any input on that situation?

1 on 1 is what you should try. Sometimes a back up male is used. Plenty of time to study up!
    Nice pick up!

You are correct. As appealing as a harem sounds, lol, 1.1 is better with boas. For example, I have a 1.1 pair of Argentines. I am hoping to produce a motley T+ female in their first litter to have a 1.2 trio. But I would not breed both females in the same year. I plan to pretty much have 1 male for each female I have. Hopefully, these males will also compliment several of my females so I am not locked into the same pairs year after year. But no male will be bred more than once in a season.

Exactly - especially for your first breeding season.
