    I wouldn't feed them more than ONE appropriately sized prey item every 2 weeks (for adults, 7-10 days for babies). It is a practical impossibility to underfeed a boa. Overall, they do better on smaller meals. If your prey size is too small and you are feeding multiples, you would never see a lump no matter how many you feed - they don't double up inside the snake (picture them in the belly in a straight line). So you can be overloading your snake without realizing it. Boas are feeding monsters, as you know. And they will always "beg" for food. That doesn't mean you should feed them more though.
