The appeal of the GREEN tree python are the amazing greens.

If I wanted a white snake, I would stack with BP BELs.
Can't help but raise an eyebrow at that to be honest. I mean, if it was just about white snakes, I would just buy a $90 Lucy Ratsnake over a $1000 Super Fire BP. Also if people were only breeding monotypic Green Chondros, the hobby would be really boring.

Anyway, I personally really like this critter!

I think you misunderstood my post.
Its honestly not just about being leucistic
But like I said, the appeal of the GTP are the stunning greens (yellows, blues). And they aren't all the same.

I find the whites on a BP more impressive looking than the wild type. With that said, I still find the 'normal' greens much more visually impressive and pleasing than the whites on the GTP.

Either way, I personally don't like the white GTP... It's not ugly by any means. But I'd still rather take a green one over the white....If there was a BP as green as a GTP, I would probably favor it more than a BEL as well.....

Well yeah, I'm aware of the colour range currently present in Chondros, they're all stunning and they're a species that can only get better with every colour. I'm sure we'll get solid white Chondros that could be on par with a Lucy BP, just takes some more time and breeding. We really only have a handful of examples at the moment. :u

Some of the Kofiaus (Actually, I think this white one is a Kofiau too) stay yellow.
They don't retain the dark neonate markings though.

I'm not really a fan either. I love the vibrant greens and blues of GTP's, this creature is neat but takes away my favorite thing about them: my favorite color.

Yeah, that's exactly what I was trying to say. She really is gorgeous, but I miss the greens and turqoise colors.....
