    That is too cool!!! I've had one experience of one of my baby boas taking a mouse hopper while she was in my hands and I'll never forget it! I haven't worked up the nerve to deliberately try it again, lol.

    So amazing that such a snake would take it that way. I've heard that sunbeams can be somewhat difficult to manage / feed in captivity. I mean, it doesn't surprise me that my boa did that and I've heard of other boas or baby retics doing that, but I wouldn't have thought a sunbeam would! What a neat experience!

    And she's a GORGEOUS animal! Thank you for sharing the pictures - she really is just lovely!


    Edit: If I may ask, where did you get this snake? Sunbeams are on my long-term wish list, lol....
