Is this pre shed?

What kind of bedding do you use? During shed, I spray my aspen bedding in my display tank until it's pretty damp, and have had good sheds despite how dry it is here..... and I saturate the paper towels in our rack system until they are barely damp as well... Has worked for me Good luck!

Thanks, we use repti bark. I haven't sprayed too much due to reading about scale rot, mold ect... Ill make sure to give the substrate a good misting. We use a glass aquarium with a che so I know it will be a battle with humidity. Any other tips for holding humidity high during this time are appreciated.
