ummm animal plastics whats up?

I just wanted to say i have never delt with a company that had better customer service than them!!

I ordered a t10 on dec 7th and i got it this week in the mail. right around 9 weeks from order to my door. the cage went to gether super super easy with no problems what so ever. everything came at once. GLASS and all. well i was going to use the t10 for my dums but i bought a guyana bcc this weekend at a show. so he is the lucky fella to get the tank.

here is where animal plastics rocks!

I called ali today to order a t8 for my dums. ive talked to her many times before and she said it is a quick ship item so expect 10 days on it. well i asked her if she could do me a favor that she would prob say no to. I said i wanted to order a t8 but needed it by next week the begining of next week so i can get it up and running for when i go out of town. she said she will push the guys in the back and get my tank sent out friday. This friday so i will get it tuesday at the latest.

I cannot be happier with this company. Ali and the whole animal plastics team are amazing people to work with. I highly Highy recomend giving them a call for your next tank!

AP is great all around, which is why I recommend them all the time. I recently ordered a cage I hope they aren't just sending you mine lol.

did you order another t8? ali said they have alot of parts for the t8 in the back thats why its a quick ship. also im just getting the sliding glass door lock and light. so im not going crazy with accecories. may also help i just dropped 350 with a tank and called the day it came in to order another one as well.

Yeah, but I have a few custom modifications that I am trying out on this one. I've ordered a bunch of their cages and never been disappointed in the way they treated me so I'm really not worried at all.

call ali and place a $50 dep on the tank you want. unless its a quick ship. it generally takes 7 weeks till they start cutting and they will call you for the remaining ballance. it is smart doing it this way than wait till you have all the money then wait another 8 weeks.

i ordered a rack from them around jan 10th so hopefully it'll be here in a month or so. can't wait.
