It was in my opinion . Maybe not in that exact moment. If the PM didn't get out, then the OP would just assume he was in the right and could write his neg experience on the BOI. Turns out it wasn't a neg experience due to the breeder. So it would be a false report. Not to mention everyone would be pushing him to get the breeder to refund him in full or replace the snake entirely.
