I believe all animals can sense it.. Even humans ever hear about ppl say they know its gonna rain when their knees Hurt? Cuz the atmospheric pressure is changing and can affect ur joints..
Low pressure systems is great for fishing makes them more active and more likely to bite
Yes, usually when the barometric pressure drops it means rain and in the wild rainy season means and abundance of water and food will follow; making it the optimal to have offspring. This instinct is embeded in the animals even though most are CB animals; thats not to say they will not breed any other time of the year. Thats just a general breakdown of how understand it.
It's raining here in the desert and there are lots of pairs locked up right now. Even a few first time breedings! Heaviest breeding day for me so far this season.
