I do cardio and resistance (bodyweight and hand weights), varying in amounts depending on what my body permits me at any given time (my knees are at least 64 years old -- unfortunately, I'm 42)
I weighed 200 lbs in the fall of 2006; I'm now at 144 or so, working on chiseling off a ridiculous holiday gain. I'd like to be back at 135, which is my now-accustomed weight, by April of this year.
