    Is it okay to use a small humane heating pad with Digitalreadout temperatures
    Regulation, it works the same as a thermostat under the tank.

    It should be fine as long as it covers 1/3- 1/2 of the tank and you use a digital thermometer to double check the temps inside the tank. If it's for humans, there's a chance it won't get warm enough.

    I don't have any experience with those but I would say regardless of the UTH a thermostat should always be used.

    Argument seems to be human heat pads are not meant to be on 24/7. To me just seems more worthwhile to pick up a UTH designed for reptiles.

    No, it will not run constant. Most turn off after a couple hours.
