Isn't Milwaukie in the Portland area? I live in Richland, WA but my boyfriend has been working in Portland for a few months, Hillsboro to be exact. Maybe I'm way off, just seems like I saw that name the last time I went down there.

Im in WA state too! just north of seattle' snohomish county
