I never saw the point of buying the console, buying the game, paying for the internet, and then having to pay to play online. I'm glad that neither PS3/PC have that. If they did, I'd never be able to play with my friends.

I've been wanting to try it. But I think I am going to wait for The Walking Dead Survival Instinct game that's coming out in march for wiiU, 360, and ps3. I will download the demo tho, see how I like ZombieU

So, just played the ZombiU demo. I really like the premise behind it. I like the use of the gamepad in scanning things, etc. I felt the controls were a little clunky. I put the sensitivity up to 100% and it was still slow IMO. I can see where people don't like the combat. It didn't bother me that much. I realized that you are supposed to be careful how you engage and what not.

So far, the games I like the most are the true Nintendo games, like Rayman and Mario. Nintendoland is not very good. Some things are ok, but not worth the money IMO.

I can't wait to see what games come out for the wiiU and how they integrate the gamepad even further into games I already like.

Has anyone used the nintendoTV yet? Thoughts?

I find the combat in ZombiU to be pretty good. Maybe it just takes some getting used to Once you get the fun guns.. it gets very interesting.

You didn't like nintendoland? I like it for playing with groups and people who don't really play videogames much. Its very casual, but still fun. My favorites are Pikmin and luigis haunted mansion.

I was thinking about picking up rayman.. You think its worth it? I still really want pikmin 3!!! But its not out yet

Haven't really used nintendoTV yet as I don't watch that many shows through my basic cable.. But I use Netflix, my computer, and the remote function of the WiiU to switch between them. Very handy!

I haven't played NintendoLand with anyone yet, but most of the games are only so-so. I do like the pikmin game on there, and a few others aren't too bad. All in all it seems like its just kind of not worth it. I was expecting a Mario party type game.

Download the demo for Rayman! It looks amazing with the high def graphics and is really fun! It truly shows how the gamepad functionality comes in.

    Whats your id for miiverse?

You gotta play with other people on the multiplayer games. They are very fun! Especially the use of the gamepad as the "special" player so people can switch off. Its just fun to try the different roles with real people.

I shall download the demo. I've been looking for a few new games to get. Got some of the indie games... little inferno, Trine 2, Chasing Aurora. They are..interesting. haha

So this morning my four year old takes out my Bat Man arkam city because he thinks its a movie, and while trying to pry it out the disc snaps in half. I cried a little on the inside.
