I guess I'm just wise beyond my years. I used to be a WILD person and learned why old people act the way they do as a product of maturity and not age... so here I am.

So do I come off as a lame 40 year old or 'cool dad' 40 year old?

Cool dad type haha like you would have a cooler job and drive a motorcycle to work and relax with a beer and a cigar while you look at your balls haha
