One things for sure don't house it with a ball python!

Ok down to business. A hatchling can be kept in a 20 gallon tank or in a 28qt bin. Be aware tho, they do grow quite quickly. Ours went from 200g to 1300g in about a year. Ours is now in a 41qt bin and I'm going to guess that in another year she will need to be bumped up again. A 4' x 2' x 1' enclosure are good for 90% of adults unless you end up with a particularly large female. Hope this helps. Boas are awesome and I think all snake people need at least one!
