IBD isn't as common as some people think...
I've found my spider girl almost totally inverted before: I seriously thought she was dead. But she perked up when I opened her tub all that way: I think it was from her eating just thirty or so minutes before (never paired).
I've found some of my other balls laying somewhat on their sides too, none of them are gravid. I personally wouldn't worry and just keep an eye on her. Check to make sure your temps are spot on too.
