Looks like a typical abscess to me. Vet will drain it, maybe put in a drain to keep it open and put her on antibiotics.
And inside cats can get them too. They're common on any cat that has contact with other cats, because of how they swat each other on the face, and the dirty claws puncture fairly deep with a tiny wound. So the hole closes and the infection festers.
It could also be an infected tooth(abscessed tooth). Or none of the above and something entirely different. But my guess is it's just an abscess and she'll do fine with a vet visit.
