Not at all. We have two adult mojave het pied females that we produced a few years ago. We produced some mystic het pieds also, but all the mystics were females, so that year was a bust. Last year our mojo het pied girls didn't go. This year we do have a mystic het pied male, and if luck is with us, then perhaps we'll see some purple pieds this summer. So far, no locks.

We are skeptical though about how these three genes will interact. It's possible that the mystic potion pied could turn out to be another all-white snake or white snake with a lavender head.
