I'm in Canada, so no Black Friday for me.... but I just wanted to say that Snuggies are worth losing a kidney over. They're just so fleecey.... and the sleeves are like wrapping my arms in hot chocolate and kittens.....

I haven't even seen what deals are out there so no shopping for me, just working (bleh).

I tried to get a couple of friends to bring me into the Black Friday loop, but they weren't having it. It was like, "You can get a newspaper and find out yourself, or you can just be in the dark!" Kind of reminds me of the people who won't tell you their baby names because you might steal it

I love Black friday!!!! im like ray lewis running into all the stores! no one can stop me not grannie, mothers, or 8 year old girls, if i see it it is mine no matter what. I am fully joking, i cant stand black friday,i have work tomorrow at 8am and it causes more traffic for me to get to work and even to get home, and its is truly disgusting seeing on the news people dying because people do not know how to act civilized anymore. It is funny how thanksgiving your grateful for all you have, and the next day you act like a crazy person over a sale on stuff you probably do not need anyway.

I have never done black Friday. Thought I would pop over to Target tonight and check it out. Parking lot was pretty full, line across the front of the store. I thought, hmm, this doesn't look fun, but I'll go check it out. As I'm walking to get in line, it goes around the corner of the building and as far as I can see, maybe even around the next corner. I said forget this crap, and turned around and came home. Black Friday is not for me.

That's awesome. I think you need to plan ahead, Black Friday shopping is not something you do on a whim, at least as I understand it.
I think you're supposed to be standing in line in full riot gear a minimum of six hours before the doors open. You should also do a little pre-shopping recon and know exactly what you want, as well as the shortest path to it.

Maybe next year you get a Target smock and pretend to be an employee! Why has no one thought of that? Don't leak this plan, I'm doing Black Friday next year!

Just got an update from my shopaholic sister in Kansas...

TV, Nook Color, sewing machine, Wii game, 8 (newer release) DVDs, sewing machine case, miscellaneous clothing....$300.

Oh, and one stabbing at the Wichita Walmart.
