Thought my debit card was just lost for the past week....well got a statement from the bank saying I have had 6 atm transactions when I haven't had my freaking card now I owe them hundreds and they stopped the account from being used but are still billing it $6 every day til I pay them all of what is owed..........?!
That's the thing I'm not sure who it was right now. My cousin stole my grandparents card and used it and if she stole mine I can't do that to her...I have to talk to her about it tomorrow but if she says she doesn't have it then I'm telling her I'm filing a report and if it she does have it hopefully that will scare her into confessing....I really really really wish I didn't have to live at this moment..

You need to do that to her especially if she has a history of this behavior...My mom and I just got through dealing with this with my brother...You can't provide safe haven for family members...they need to hit rock bottom to learn and by not reporting her illegal actions you are part of the problem and helping her codependent behavior.
Also call your bank and report it as stolen and that the charges are fraudulent ones...they should block the card, investigate and be sure to be honest and explain the situation to them. I have dealt with similar issues with both banks ive belonged to over the years. (Bank of America and M&T Bank)
