I grew up with a horrible temper. I am easily frustrated to this day, but I have much more control over it. Every once in a while I'll throw something across the room, but it doesn't happen often

I had a hard time in middle school. I was picked on a lot and sometimes couldn't control my frustration with other people and on a few occasions I expressed my emotions physically and was promptly sent to the principals office.

It really isn't a big deal.. everyone is saying it is a big problem and you should see a counselor but I disagree. At that age, who doesn't have "anger problems"? You should grow out of it. I find a good way to get all my frustration and anger out is to keep a journal and write it all down. I still do this now from time to time if something is really bothering me and I have no one to talk to about it.

From my experience, middle schoolers are particularly mean to each other. Try not to be that guy . The people who bullied me in middle school didn't go very far in life... Your patience and calmness will pay off in the long run.
