mice eaters are often slow growers it seems they just never get quite enough. It was just a thought about the F/T I am glad to see you have been trying options. One of mine is a backwards eater he also needs small meals. Fecals were clean? it really sounds like a parasite sometimes you need two clean ones a few months apart to be sure internal parasites don't always through off eggs or sections that can be seen in poop. There are DIY fecal tests if you have a microscope it isn't super hard, vet tests are better but cost more. Again just a passing thought. I have a slow grower (had) she was always fed F/T and never guessed parasites but in the end that was quite wrong she is much better now and much bigger.

Yeah fecals were clean. I might get him tested again to make sure but the vet I took him to has 25 years herp experience so I trust them.

Have you tried feeding him weekly? Every two weeks might not be enough. Regardless, he's beautiful!

I offer every week but he will only eat every two. Ive tried smaller meals weekly and nothing. He just absolutely refuses on the off weeks.

Aw, poor fella. But like the others said, at least he's learned to adapt!

I just posted a thread with my new spider hatchling, who decided to eat his mouse upside-down... and by that I mean the SNAKE was upside-down, not the mouse. He definitely has a spin/wobble, but nothing this bad - so I only hope his never reaches this level. And yes, I will divulge the issue to whoever buys him (he is one I planned to sell). Anyway, best of luck with your little guy!

When I clicked on the photo, it made me download & open with Windows media... so that's probably why you can't do it from a phone.

I clicked on my iPhone what looked like a picture. But it auto played as soon as it got big. Maybe you need to update tapatalk? iPhone just had an update :/

To the OP, that was pretty cool how he killed his prey. But the wobble almost made me think he was dancing for his food. I never knew he could have such a bad wobble like that ((
