I switched them today after cleaning the tubs, should I leave them all alone a few days, seems kind of like they might react to it as a little bit of a new home. Any ideas on this??

Hypno- for the cb70 it is 2-3 sheets total just lag them in there they go up the side a little but that's it. The small tubs are my RBI sweater box rack with a divider I fold one sheet in half then fold the top down a little so on the waterfowl side it's like 4 sheets thick and on warm side it's 2 sheets thick but all made out of just 1 sheet .
I love paper because its so much cheaper since every Friday I clean every cage, even if I just cleaned it Thursday it still gets cleaned. I ordered a bundle in paper in jan I have 1/2 half the bundle left and I use it in 6 tubs, and my beardies cage for under her tiles. And I personally think it looks nicer than other substrates.
