Alllll the time!Usually saying "10-4 officer" shuts him up if I still want to sleep. But if I'm awake and want some entertainment, I say different codes (he has a big list of all the codes, so I usually read off the major ones.. that really gets him going haha) or start saying other cop phrases back, or use the last names of his fellow cops like they need back up or something. He starts yelling so obnoxiously
